- It is the Aim of ADSUN to provide to its Customers with safe and efficient diving services that meets their requirements and expectations, in a Cost Effective, Efficient and Professional manner and thus remain positioned at the forefront of the market.
- To achieve and maintain the required quality and to ensure adherence to the governing requirements and industry standards for safe and efficient operations, a Management System for Quality has been established.
- The Management System has the active support and commitment of ADSUN ‘s Senior Management who regularly review its effectiveness within each Region through regular management meetings.
- ADSUN have the ultimate responsibility for effective implementation of the Management System and have appointed a representative to look after all management process related matters, to whom ADSUN have given sufficient authority and organizational freedom to identify improvement opportunities at all levels of the organization and to assist in their implementation.
- It is the Line Managers’ responsibility to ensure the quality of works within their area and promote a pro-active approach towards continuous improvement in their Division/Department/Projects. They shall ensure that the workforce reporting to them have an adequate level of competence and skill and that they take responsibility for the quality of work.
- Regional Managers are responsible for the establishment and development of procedures in accordance with corporate objectives and for ensuring that they represent current working practices.
- It is important that members of the ADSUN workforce at all levels of the organization adhere to the policy requirements and Procedures of the Management System. It is equally important that Subcontractors and Suppliers capability meets ADSUN’s expectations and our vendors are assessed for Quality of the Services being rendered.
HSE & Safety
A responsible company dedicated to the safety and welfare of all associated personnel. Responsibility for safety is vested in the Control of Safety Manager and is ultimately borne by the Board of Directors.
Adsun considers health & safety to be of top priority in the everyday activities of the company. It is the policy of the company to provide and maintain healthy working conditions for all employees, contractors and others that may be affected directly or indirectly by its activities.
The company conducts its operations in such a manner as to:-
- Accomplish all assignments safely and efficiently.
- Provide safe working conditions.
- Ensure that health & safety all of employees & equipments.
- Establish safe working practices throughout its operations.
- Develop a high degree of safety awarness amongst all personnel’s.
- Provide employess with the required skills and support them to meet the company’s commitment to health and safety.
- Provide competent advice to line management on health & safety matters as well as the means to monitor performance.
- The Company recognizes that Health and Safety is good business practice, and firmly believes that proper management of these issues will contribute positively to its efficiency and business success. The Board undertakes to review this policy on a regular basis.
- Health and Safety are line management responsibilities that form an integral part of the duties of all managers, superintendents, supervisors and leading hands in upholding the Company’s policy.
- All employees have a clear duty to exercise self-discipline, maintain an attitude of safety consciousness, and prevent injury to themselves and others.
- Adsun committed to improving Health and Safety within its spheres of activity and to continue the management and planning of safety with the same dedication as with all other commercial affairs. The Company is committed to producing an attainable set of Health & Safety Objectives that is managed and controlled by the Board of Directors.
- The detailed internal arrangements and organization for the implementation and monitoring of this policy are contained within the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Operating manuals and procedures.
Drug & Alcohol
This policy made is to describe the Adsun rules on drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace in order to maintain a safe, healthy and productive work environment for the company employees, others with whom Company employees work, and the general public. The use of controlled or prohibited drugs and the inappropriate use of alcohol, medications, and other substances present a serious danger to all workers and property. The presence of alcohol or controlled and prohibited substances in the body or impairment from the use and sale of alcohol or prohibited substances by Company employees and Subcontractors while engaged in Company activities is prohibited under this policy.
Manager and Superintendent will ensure this policy is properly explained to our Clients/ Customers who will be requested to endorse and comply with this requirement.
Environmental
- Adsun is committed to provide integrated offshore and onshore technical services with a motto to ensure Environmental Serenity.
- We ensure our Compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and would take voluntary initiatives such as engaging with local industrial environmental agency activities to improve environmental performance.
- We aim to minimize damage to the environment and consistently strive to eliminate emissions of matter that cause negative impact on the environment.
- We aspire to inform our clients and employees about our operations and the potential hazards following our work.
- The Adsun management, Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors and employees will ensure that all the Environmental policies & procedures are in Discipline and are consistently being followed.
- Self-reflection through our Environmental Audit system would be an assertive intervention to display our commitment and progress.
- The entire team of Adsun will be thoroughly aware of all the environmental policies and procedures and would abide by all laws and regulations during the conduct of their jobs.
Stop Work
Adsun is committed to pursue the goal of no harm to people and to protect the environment.
It is Adsun policy that all employees should stop work when there is an immediate threat to the safety and health of the employees or that of others or adverse impact to the environment.
The individual’s decision to stop work will have the full support of management. Where there is any doubt whether work should stop, employees, including contractor staff, should immediately notify the hazardous situation to any supervisor on site.
